The TSS operates on business days for 9 hours, from 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+5.
The average response time for inquiries is 30 minutes.
Upon receiving an inquiry, a confirmation email will be sent, and users have the option to register in the Help Center to track the status of their requests.
Responses from the TSS will be sent to the email address used to submit the inquiry.

2. Extended Information Support:
Extended information support is available at a fee, as specified in the price list found at https://about.simpleforms.online
