This document, titled "Public Offer Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer"), constitutes a public offer outlining the conditions for entering into a User Agreement. By performing the actions specified in this Offer, an individual confirms their consent to enter into a User Agreement on the terms, manner, and scope defined in this offer. The following text represents an official public offer addressed to an unlimited number of individuals by Anyfield UG (haftungsbeschrankt). The User Agreement is considered concluded and takes effect as soon as an individual performs the actions to accept this offer, as outlined herein, which signifies their full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions, without any exceptions or limitations on the conditions of accession.

User - an individual with legal capacity in accordance with applicable laws, who has taken conclusive actions to enter into a User Agreement by accepting the terms of this offer, and who has access to the Service for participating in surveys. A legal entity cannot be a User of the Service. An individual entrepreneur may be a User of the Service, provided that the registration of the User Account and subsequent use of the Service is exclusively for personal purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial activities.
Site - a collection of web pages hosted on the Internet, sharing a common design and the domain
https://simpleforms.onlineApplication - the mobile application "Simple Forms," which refers to software installed on the User's mobile device (phone, smartphone, tablet, or similar device) or a browser application (extension) installed in a web browser on the User's device with their consent. This also includes applications or extensions provided by partners or customers of the Company.
Services - the services and tools offered to Users through the Site and the Application for the purpose of facilitating User participation in surveys (public opinion research), as well as any available functionality on the Site and in the Application.
User account - an entry in the Service's accounting system that serves as a means of identifying and managing Users.
Points - virtual units (points) awarded to Users when they fulfill specific conditions.
Registration - a set of User actions following the instructions provided on the Site and in the Application. This includes providing personal data and other information through a dedicated form to gain access to the Services.
Registration data - a unique login (identifier) and password assigned to the User at the time of their Registration in the Services. These credentials are used for accessing the Services online or through the mobile application. Registration data is assigned to the User at the time of the User's Registration in the Services.
Trade secret - scientific, technical, technological, industrial, financial, economic, or other information (including proprietary production secrets or know-how) that holds actual or potential commercial value due to its unknown nature to third parties and lack of legally free access. This includes information protected under a trade secret regime by the owner.
Confidential Information - any financial, technical, operational, or other information belonging to the disclosing Party about its subsidiaries, services, works, goods, customers, intellectual property, potential customers, etc. This excludes information that may not be considered confidential by law and is communicated orally or visually.
Agreement - this user agreement, including any annexes and the information provided by the Company on the Site or in the Application. It governs the legal relationship between the parties concerning the use of the Services, User rights and obligations related to the use of the Services, including rules, conditions, and restrictions.
Subject of the User Agreement2.1. In accordance with this User Agreement, the Company undertakes to grant the User access to the Services, enabling the organization of the User's participation in surveys. The User is entitled to use the Services periodically, while adhering to the requirements and restrictions specified in this User Agreement.
2.2. The utilization of the Services is a right bestowed upon the User, without being obligatory. The User has the autonomy to decide whether to engage in surveys facilitated through the Services or not. At any given time, the User possesses the right to decline the use of the Services.
2.3. The rights and obligations of the User and the Company are determined by this User Agreement, as well as other special documents regulating the procedure and conditions for the provision of individual Services.
Description of the Services. General terms of Service utilization3.1. The Services offer Users the opportunity to engage in surveys, including public opinion polls and marketing research, organized by the Company, its partners, or clients.
3.2. Invitations to participate in surveys can be communicated to Users via email, SMS messages, phone calls, notifications within the Application, push notifications in internet browsers, personal messages on social networks, and instant messaging services specified by the User during Registration or while utilizing the Services.
3.3. In compliance with applicable personal data protection laws, the Company collects, transfers, accumulates, and processes the responses provided by Users during surveys, as well as other data obtained from the User or their devices.
3.4. The Company reserves the exclusive right to add, remove, or modify the Services at its own discretion and at any time.
3.5. To maintain interest and promote the Services, the Company, along with its partners and clients, may periodically conduct advertising campaigns or promotions. Users are notified of the organizers, participation conditions, and procedures through relevant messages posted within the Services.
3.6. Users may earn Points for active use of the Services. It should be noted that Points hold no monetary value and cannot be converted into monetary compensation. However, accumulated Points are considered during promotional events and/or draws among Users who regularly participate in surveys.
3.7. Details regarding specific promotions and their organizers are communicated to Users through messages within the Services.
3.8. Users may also earn Points by participating in surveys organized by the Company's partners or clients. In such cases, Points are accrued and utilized according to the conditions established by the respective partner or client. The Company assumes no responsibility for the accurate accumulation and subsequent use of Points in these instances.
3.9. The Services are exclusively provided through the Site and the Application. Access to the internet and software enabling access to the Site or Application is required to utilize the Services.
3.10. Services are only accessible to Users after they have expressed their consent to the terms of this Agreement.
Acceptance of the Offer and Account Registration Process4.1. In order to enter into the User Agreement based on the terms of this Offer, the User must fully and unconditionally accept its terms. The acceptance is deemed received by the Company when the individual (User) who received the Offer performs the following sequential actions:
Familiarize themselves with the terms of this User Agreement (Offer), including all annexes and additions to the agreement.
Express consent to the terms of this User Agreement (Offer) by clicking on the "I AGREE with the terms of the Offer" button in a designated field below the text of the User Agreement (Offer) on the Site or in the Application.
4.2. Acceptance of the Offer's terms is a mandatory requirement for subsequent User Registration.
4.3. After completing the actions stated in clause 4.1 of the User Agreement, the User has the right to proceed with the Registration process, which results in the creation of a unique User Account for accessing the Services. To complete the Registration procedure, the User must fill in the registration form, and Registration will be considered finalized when the User correctly enters information into all required fields of the form.
4.4. The User agrees to provide true, accurate, and complete information about themselves in the registration form and to keep this information up to date. If the User provides incorrect information or the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided by the User is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, the Company reserves the right to block the User's Account and terminate the User's access to the Services.
4.5. During the Registration process, the User receives a login corresponding to the email address provided during Registration and independently chooses a password for accessing the Account (referred to as "Registration Data"). The User is responsible for the confidentiality and security of the Registration Data, as well as for all actions performed using the User's Registration Data. The Company may prohibit the use of certain logins and/or remove them from circulation. The User agrees to promptly notify the Company in case of any unauthorized access to the Services through their User Account or any security breach. The User also agrees to properly log out ("Exit" link) at the end of each session when working with the Services. The Company is not liable for any potential data loss that may occur due to the User's violation of the provisions outlined in this section of the User Agreement.
4.6. The User is prohibited from registering multiple times.
4.7. User Registration is unified, meaning that once the User completes the registration procedure and obtains a login and password, they can utilize the Services both through the Site and the Application. Certain services (such as web questionnaires, browser and mobile applications) may require additional authorization, such as entering a PIN code or following a unique web link with a key.
4.8. The User can also register through social network authorization using the application programming interface (API) of platforms like "Facebook" and similar services.
Rights and Obligations of the User5.1. The User is entitled to:
5.1.1. Freely and without charge utilize the Services to their full extent, following the manner and terms stipulated in this User Agreement.
5.1.2. Receive and review information regarding the procedures for participating in sociological surveys conducted through the Services.
5.1.3. Discontinue the use of the Services.
5.1.4. Change the password for their Account using the dedicated function within the Services.
5.1.5. Independently make modifications and corrections to the information within their User Account, ensuring that such changes and corrections contain accurate and up-to-date information.
5.1.6. Contact the User Support Service at
help@simpleforms.online at any time.
5.2. The User is obligated to:
5.2.1. Strictly adhere to the terms outlined in this User Agreement.
5.2.2. Provide only truthful, accurate, and complete information about themselves during the Registration process.
5.2.3. Use the Account exclusively for personal use and refrain from transferring or disclosing the Registration Data to third parties.
5.2.4. Responsibly and meaningfully answer the questions posed during sociological surveys. If the Company has reasonable grounds to deem the User's answers inconsistent, the Company reserves the right to block the User Account and deny access to the Services. Non-meaningful answers include responses unrelated to the survey's topic, containing profanity, nonsensical combinations of numbers, punctuation marks, and letters, as well as intentionally false answers. Violations of this clause of the User Agreement will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
5.2.5. Take all necessary measures independently to maintain the confidentiality and security of their Registration Data, preventing unauthorized access by third parties to the User Account.
5.2.6. Install and regularly update antivirus software on the technical devices used to access the Services, utilizing remote access channels, to prevent unauthorized access by third parties. The Company holds no responsibility for damages incurred to the User Account due to unauthorized access by third parties. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to permanently block the Account without the possibility of future recovery.
5.2.7. Refrain from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, assigning, or utilizing any elements of the Site or Application for commercial purposes.
5.2.8. Not disclose confidential information or trade secrets obtained during participation in sociological surveys to third parties without the written consent of the Company.
5.2.9. Refrain from using trademarks associated with the Services in any manner.
5.3. The User agrees not to utilize the Services for:
5.3.1. Uploading, sending, transmitting, or publishing materials, including through web forms and survey participation, that are illegal, harmful, threatening, morally offensive, defamatory, or infringing upon copyright, and that promote hatred and/or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, or social characteristics.
5.3.2. Violating the rights of minors or causing harm to them in any form.
5.3.3. Infringing upon the rights of minorities.
5.3.4. Impersonating another person, representative of an organization or community without proper authorization, and misleading others about the qualities and characteristics of subjects or objects.
5.3.5. Uploading, sending, transmitting, or publishing materials, including through web forms and survey participation, that the User is not legally permitted to share or make available due to law or agreements with third parties.
5.3.6. Uploading, sending, transmitting, or publishing materials or content, including through web forms and survey participation, that violate intellectual property rights (such as copyright, patents, etc.), rights to trademarks and branding, or breach legally protected secrecy (including trade secrets).
5.3.7. Uploading, sending, transmitting, or publishing unauthorized advertising information, spam, pyramid schemes, chain letters, political or religious propaganda, or any form of agitation.
5.3.8. Uploading, sending, transmitting, or publishing materials, including through web forms and survey participation, that contain viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs intended to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer or telecommunications equipment, or for unauthorized access. This includes serial numbers for commercial software products, programs to generate them, login credentials, passwords, or any other means of obtaining unauthorized access to paid online resources, as well as posting links to such information.
5.3.9. Engaging in any form of unlawful activity.
5.3.10. Collecting and storing personal data of other users.
5.3.11. Using rude or offensive language in uploaded, sent, transmitted, or published materials, including through web forms and survey participation.
5.3.12. Uploading, sending, transmitting, or publishing pornographic content, including through web forms and survey participation.
Rights and obligations of the Company6.1. The Company is entitled to:
6.1.1. Determine, supplement, and modify the rules for using the Services at its sole discretion.
6.1.2. Invite Users to participate in sociological surveys through push notifications via web browsers, the Website, or the Application, as well as messages sent through telecommunication networks, including but not limited to email addresses provided by Users during Account Registration. Users have the right to opt out of receiving such notifications at any time through the web browser menu or mobile device settings.
6.1.3. Decline to invite or refuse the participation of Users in surveys who do not meet the criteria of the target audience for those surveys.
6.1.4. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this User Agreement, transfer depersonalized information containing Users' survey responses to third parties.
6.1.5. Terminate the provision of Services at any time and terminate this User Agreement with or without prior notice.
6.1.6. Block the User Account if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a third party has gained unauthorized access to the Account.
6.2. The Company undertakes to:
6.2.1. Provide Users with access to the Services for their participation in surveys.
6.2.2. Maintain the confidentiality of Registration Data and other User data (including personal data), except as otherwise required by applicable law.
License terms of the User Agreement7.1. The provisions in this section constitute the terms of the license agreement between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Application.
7.2. The Company grants the User a non-exclusive right to use the Application under a simple (non-exclusive) license, referred to as the "License," for the purpose of organizing Users' participation in sociological surveys. The License is granted within the territory of the Russian Federation for the duration of this User Agreement. It is non-commercial and does not involve monetary settlements or the transfer of other material assets between the Parties.
7.3. The User may only use the Application for the purpose of participating in sociological surveys organized by the Company or its partners/clients. The User is not authorized to transfer the right to use the Application to third parties.
7.4. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Company is the sole and full owner of the Application. Therefore, the User agrees not to take any actions that may infringe upon the Company's rights in relation to the Application, including decompiling the Application or creating derivative works based on its program code.
7.5. The Application is provided to the User "as is," without any warranties. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the User or third parties in connection with the use of the Application contrary to the terms of the User Agreement or the description of the Application provided by the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse effects on the User's software, equipment, and internet connections.
Termination of the User Agreement8.1. The Company reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to suspend access to the Services and block the User's Account in the event of the User's violation of the terms of this Agreement. In such cases, this User Agreement shall be considered terminated from the date of Account blocking.
8.2. The User has the right to terminate the User Agreement and discontinue their relationship with the Company by following the specified instructions through a designated interface. Upon termination, the User's Account will be blocked, and the User Agreement will be terminated.
8.3. The Company retains the right to block the Account of a User who has not utilized the Services and has not participated in any sociological surveys conducted through the Services for a period of 6 (six) consecutive months.
8.4. In all cases of User Agreement termination as outlined in this section, the Company is committed to depersonalizing the User's personal data in a manner that prevents the identification of the data subject. The blocking of the User Account and termination of this User Agreement do not provide any basis for compensation payment by the Company to the User.
Intellectual Property9.1. The User is hereby notified and acknowledges that all Services, the Website, the Application, and all associated programs, databases, and means of individualization required for their operation are protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, Russian and international intellectual property laws, and are owned by the respective rightful owners. All other rights not explicitly attributed to third parties are reserved by the Company.
9.2. By posting information, text, images, photographs, and other content (referred to as "Content"), including materials for which the User holds or may hold copyright or other protected intellectual rights, on the Site, the Application, or electronic profiles accessed through them, the User grants the Company a free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual license, valid in any state or territory, which allows the Company to use the Content in any way for any purpose, including public reproduction, display, copying, digital processing, modification, without the obligation to pay royalties or other compensation to the User. The Company also reserves the right to transfer these rights to third parties (granting sublicenses).
9.3. By submitting, posting, or uploading Content, the User represents and warrants that:
9.3.1. They possess all necessary rights to grant the aforementioned rights and no other person holds any rights to the User Content.
9.3.2. The User is not bound by any obligations concerning the Content, including confidentiality obligations. The Company shall not be held liable for any use or disclosure of User Content.
9.3.3. The publication of the Content does not violate any laws, agreements with third parties, or the rights and interests of any third party.
9.3.4. The User shall indemnify the Company against any damages resulting from claims related to the Content published by the User.
Privacy Policy10.1. By accepting the terms of this Offer, the User acknowledges that the information shared through the Services contains confidential and/or trade secret information of the Company or its partners/clients.
10.2. The User recognizes and agrees that the disclosure of such information could result in significant losses for the Company or its partners/clients. Therefore, the User undertakes not to disclose any information obtained during the use of the Services that is deemed confidential and/or constitutes a trade secret of the Company or its partners/clients, both during the term of the User Agreement and for a period of 5 (five) years after the User Agreement expires.
10.3. The User confirms being duly informed that any information provided during their participation in a sociological survey, including questionnaire questions, graphics, photographs, descriptions of goods or services, etc., is considered confidential and/or trade secret information of the Company or its partners/clients.
10.4. The User will be held liable, in accordance with applicable law, for the disclosure of confidential information and trade secrets, both to the Company and its partners/clients, through legal recourse.
10.5. The User shall not be held liable for disclosing confidential information and trade secrets belonging to the Company or its partners/clients in the following cases:
· If the User had prior knowledge of such confidential information and trade secrets from other sources before the User Agreement came into effect.
· If the disclosure of confidential information and trade secrets occurred with the written consent of the Company.
· If the disclosure of confidential information and trade secrets was made in accordance with an act of a competent government body or a court order that has legal effect.
· If the User obtained the confidential information and trade secrets from a third party that is not bound by a confidentiality agreement regarding such information, or if it is otherwise prohibited to disclose such information to the disclosing party due to a legal obligation, and the source of such information acquired it legally.
Personal Data of the User11.1. This section of the User Agreement outlines the conditions and procedures for the collection, processing, and transfer of information about the User, including information about their devices and software, by the Company, as well as the termination of these actions.
11.2. The Company collects and processes any information about the User only with their consent, which can be withdrawn at any time in accordance with applicable law. Furthermore, the information provided by the User during their use of the Services will be depersonalized to prevent subsequent identification of the User, and it may be stored by the Company without any time limit.
11.3. When Users utilize the Services, the Company may collect, process, and transfer to third parties the information provided by the User during their use of the Services, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this User Agreement.
11.4. The Company is authorized to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), extract, use, distribute (including transfer, provision, access), depersonalize, block, delete, and destroy personal data provided by the User during registration or while using the Services. This includes personal information such as full name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, and other details provided by the User.
11.5. The User's consent to the processing of personal data, as outlined in Appendix No. 1, is an integral part of this User Agreement and a prerequisite for the provision of the Services. With the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the User Agreement is considered terminated.
11.6. By accepting the terms of this User Agreement, the User simultaneously provides consent to the processing of personal data by the Company (or an authorized operator acting on behalf of the Company), in accordance with the terms specified in the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (Appendix No. 1) and this User Agreement.
11.7. The User agrees that, based on the results of the User's participation in sociological surveys organized by the Company, the Company has the right to process the User's personal data as specified in clause 11.4. of the User Agreement, including the possibility of transferring such data to the Company's clients/partners. However, personal data is transferred solely for statistical (research) purposes. The User's consent to the terms of the User Agreement implies consent to the processing of such information; separate consent for this clause is not required.
11.8. If a sociological survey is organized by partners or clients of the Company, the User's participation may be subject to acceptance of a separate confidentiality agreement and providing separate consent to the processing of personal data. In such cases, it is at the User's discretion to accept these conditions and participate in the sociological survey.
11.9. In cases specified in clause 11.8. of this User Agreement, the processing of personal data provided by the User during the sociological survey is conducted by the personal data operator organizing the survey.
11.10. The User agrees that the Company has the right to collect, store, process, and transfer technical information, including data about the User's devices and Internet connection (such as device type, screen resolution, operating system version, installed software, IP address, MAC address, etc.). Consent for the processing of personal information specified in this clause is not separately requested by the Company; the User's consent to the terms of the User Agreement implies consent to the processing of such information.
11.11. The User acknowledges and consents to the Company's authority to gather, retain, process, and share, in an anonymized manner, the following information about the User, acquired through technical means: a) data regarding the User's visited web pages and search queries; b) data concerning the use of applications and computer programs on the User's devices; c) data pertaining to the location and movement of the User's devices (geolocation); d) data regarding the interaction of the User's devices with various audio media (television programs, radio broadcasts, etc.). The Company shall collect and process the aforementioned data solely with the User's explicit prior consent, which is sought during the installation of the Application or special browser extensions, or when they are first used. The User can revoke or renew their consent at any time through the settings menu of their mobile device's operating system or web browser. Furthermore, the User can terminate the collection of such data at any time by deleting the Application from their mobile device or removing the corresponding browser extension.
11.12. The User agrees that the Company is entitled to collect, retain, and process data from cookies. The Services employ identification technology that utilizes specific cookies, which can be stored on the User's device when accessing the Services. These cookies are later used for automatic user authorization and the collection of statistical data, particularly related to the User's usage of the Services.
11.13. If the User deems the use of cookie technology unacceptable for any reason, they have the right to disable cookie storage on their device used to access the Services by adjusting the device settings, such as through the Internet browser settings menu, and by deleting previously received cookie files. However, it should be noted that certain services relying on this technology may become unavailable.
11.14. The User has the right to delete their personal information provided under clause 11.4 of the Agreement by utilizing the "Delete Account" feature on the Site or within the Application. Deleting an account will render further use of the Services impossible.
11.15. The User has the right to modify (update, supplement) their personal information, or a portion thereof, at any time using the personal data editing function available on the Site or within the Application.
11.16. The rights to alter and erase personal information may be subject to limitations in accordance with legal requirements. These limitations may include the Company's obligation to retain the modified or deleted information for a period prescribed by law and to transfer such information to a governmental authority as per the established procedure.
11.17. The Company will depersonalize the User's personal data within two months from the date of account deletion.
11.18. The Company collects and retains only the information necessary to provide the Services or conduct sociological surveys (market research), except in cases where the law mandates the obligatory retention of personal information for a specified period.
11.19. The Company engages in the processing of the User's personal information for the following purposes:
· Facilitating the User's participation in sociological surveys (market research).
· Personalizing the Services by tailoring them to the specific needs of the User.
· Establishing communication with the User, including the transmission of notifications, inquiries, and information regarding the use of the Services. Additionally, processing User requests and applications.
· Enhancing the quality and usability of the Services, as well as developing additional functionality.
· Verifying the information provided by the User.
11.20. While utilizing the Services through the Site, the corresponding web page may contain codes from third-party Internet resources (such as visit statistics systems or advertising networks like Google Analytics, etc.). Consequently, these third parties receive certain anonymized data and gain the ability to identify Users of the Services on external Internet resources. Simultaneously, the Company may receive information from these third parties concerning User behavior on external resources.
11.21. The User consents to the utilization of their personal data, such as email address, phone number, and social network identifiers, by the Company to exchange information with third parties. This exchange is carried out to obtain data from User profiles published on third-party sites or resources (e.g., social networks, online stores, online games, web forums), or to provide User data collected during the usage of the Services to third parties.
11.22. The User is duly informed and consents to the fact that the information they transmit undergoes specific automated processing to ensure its complete transmission, reception, and storage. Mandatory automated processing includes a necessary set of measures aimed at identifying and eliminating malicious codes present in the transmitted information. These measures are implemented solely to protect the User's personal computers and minimize the strain on the equipment through which the Services are provided.
Responsibility12.1. The parties shall be held accountable for the non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations explicitly specified in this User Agreement.
12.2. The User acknowledges and agrees that failure to comply with the conditions outlined in Sections 5 ("Rights and Obligations of the User"), 7 ("Licensed Terms of the User Agreement"), 9 ("Intellectual Property"), and 10 ("Confidentiality Condition") of this User Agreement may result in losses incurred by the Company or its partners/customers. As a result, the Company and/or its partners/clients have the right to demand full reimbursement of all expenses, losses, and costs arising from the User's violation of the terms stated in this User Agreement.
12.3. The User and the Company acknowledge that in the absence of a mutual agreement, any disputes arising from the terms of this User Agreement shall be subject to resolution in court at the Company's location. All disputes under the User Agreement are settled in accordance with Russian law.
Service interruptions13.1. The Company reserves the right to perform maintenance work on the software and hardware infrastructure responsible for providing the Services. This may involve temporary suspension of the Services. The Users shall be notified of such maintenance one day prior to its commencement, including the estimated timeframe for its completion.
13.2. In the event of force majeure circumstances, accidents or failures in the software and hardware systems of third-party entities collaborating with the Company, or deliberate actions by third parties to suspend or terminate the operation of the Services, it may be necessary to temporarily suspend the provision of Services without prior notice to the Users.
Disclaimer of warranties14.1. The User acknowledges and agrees that:
14.1.1. The User utilizes the Services at their own risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. The Company does not assume any responsibility, including for the alignment of the Services with the User's goals, requirements, and expectations.
14.1.2. The Company does not guarantee that the Services will meet the User's requirements and expectations, or that they will be uninterrupted, prompt, reliable, and free from errors. Additionally, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the results obtained through the use of the Services, nor that all operational errors will be rectified.
14.1.3. Any materials obtained by the User through the Services are used at their own risk. The User is responsible for any potential harm caused to their computer, mobile device, or User data as a result of downloading such materials.
14.1.4. The Company shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from: the use or inability to use the Services; unauthorized access to the User Account; or actions of any third party on the Site and within the Application.
14.1.5. The Company shall not be held responsible for any violations of the User's rights and interests occurring on third-party resources (including websites, electronic profiles, applications, etc.), including those accessed by the User while utilizing the Services.
Procedure for handling claims15.1. In order to resolve disputes arising from the use of the Services, the User and the Company shall adhere to the claim procedure outlined in this section.
15.2. A User who believes that their rights and interests have been violated due to the actions of the Company or the operation of the Services has the right to submit a claim via email to the Company at
info@simpleforms.online15.3. Within 10 (ten) business days from the receipt of the claim, the Company is obligated to review the claim and provide a response to the User at the email address indicated in the claim.
15.4. If the dispute is not resolved through the claims procedure, it shall be subject to consideration in accordance with applicable law.
15.5. The Company reserves the right not to consider anonymous claims or claims that do not allow for the identification of the User based on the data provided during the Registration process.
Other terms16.1. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, all claims, requests, inquiries, or any other correspondence related to the operation of the Services must be directed to the email address info@simpleforms.online.
16.2. The Company communicates with the User through the email address provided during Registration. Notifications are considered successfully sent 24 hours after the email has been sent, unless the sending party receives a message indicating an incorrect recipient address.
16.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights is not applicable to the terms of this User Agreement due to its gratuitous nature.
16.4. Nothing in the User Agreement shall be construed as establishing agency relationships, partnership relations, joint activity relations, employment relationships, personal service relationships, or any other relationships not expressly provided for in the Agreement between the User and the Company.
16.5. The court's recognition of any provision of the User Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions of the User Agreement.
16.6. The Company's inaction in the event of the User's violation of the provisions of the User Agreement does not deprive the Company of the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests at a later time.
Changes and additions to the Agreement17.1. The Company reserves the right to amend and/or supplement this User Agreement at any time during its term. All changes and/or additions are published by the Company on the Site and take effect 3 calendar days after such publication, provided that there are no objections from the User. The specified period is calculated from the moment the relevant information is posted on the Site. The User agrees to independently review all changes and/or additions at least once every 2 calendar days. If there are objections, the User has the right to send a notice to the Company in accordance with clause 16.1 within 3 calendar days from the date of posting the changes and/or additions to the User Agreement. In this case, the User Agreement shall be deemed terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties from the date the Company receives a notice from the User.
17.2. In the event of promotional activities (promotions), this User Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented without prior notice to Users. However, the User retains the right to send a notice to the Administration in accordance with clause 16.1 within 3 calendar days from the date of the change and/or addition to the User Agreement. In this case, the User Agreement shall be deemed terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties from the date the Company receives a notice from the User.
Innovations in legislation18.1. In the event of the adoption of regulatory legal acts by the authorities that affect the operation of the Services, either in whole or in part, the Company reserves the right to make any necessary changes to ensure compliance of the Services with the new standards.
Appendix No. 1 to the User Agreement (Public offer)
Consent to the processing of personal data

By entering into the User Agreement on the terms of the Offer, the User, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), freely and voluntarily provides consent to the processing of their personal data by the Company. The processing of personal data includes the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, distribution (including transfer, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of the User's personal data.
This consent applies to the following personal data of the User: last name, first name, patronymic; date, month, and year of birth; gender; contact details (phone numbers, email addresses); details of the identity document; information about the place of residence and/or stay, as well as any other information provided by the User.
The processing of the User's personal data is carried out for the following purposes:
● Organization of the User's participation in surveys (market research);
● Personalization of the Services: customization of the Services for each User;
● Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of the Services, as well as processing User inquiries and applications;
● Improving the quality of the Services, enhancing their user-friendliness, and developing additional functionality;
● Verification of the information provided by the User, including personal data. These actions may be performed using automated tools.
The User also gives consent to the transfer of their personal data by the Company to third parties, in the event of a duly concluded contract between the Company and such third parties, for the purposes specified in this paragraph.
This consent is valid indefinitely. The User may revoke this consent by submitting a written application to the Company or by sending an email to
info@simpleforms.online , including the number of the main identity document, information about the date of issuance of the document, and the issuing authority. The Company will cease processing personal data for purposes unrelated to the execution of the User Agreement within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receiving the withdrawal, except for data that is required for processing in accordance with applicable law and the fulfillment of the Agreement.
